Please note that certain areas may be challenging to clean based on the make and model of your vehicle, the surface type, and the duration of dirt buildup. We are committed to providing the best service possible. If we happen to miss a spot, or if you’re not completely satisfied with any area, please let us know—we’d be more than happy to address it and re-clean as needed. We appreciate your understanding and would love the opportunity to rectify any mistakes. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you have a great experience with our service.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide this notice will incur a 50% of the services scheduled fee. Thank you for your understanding!
